4. Subscriptions

We offer the following subscription tiers:

  • Freemium: 25 image generations per month with basic features
  • Pro ($18/month): 200 image generations per month with additional features
  • Premium ($25/month): Unlimited image generations with all features

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the images you generate using the Service. Artistorial does not claim any ownership rights in the content you create. You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of sharing it.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or NSFW content
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Distribute spam or malicious software

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
