Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All sales of Artistorial AI Image Generator ("Service") subscriptions are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused portions of your subscription.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
3. Billing Cycle
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
4. Free Trial
If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. We do not provide refunds if you forget to cancel during the trial period.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues with the Service, please contact our support team at primzpraise@gmail.com. We will make every effort to resolve any technical problems you may encounter.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Unauthorized transactions
- Technical issues that we are unable to resolve
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at primzpraise@gmail.com before disputing the charge with your payment provider. Chargebacks without first contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
